During implementation, we’ll periodically meet with your key stakeholders. These sessions empower your team and provide hands-on practice in your new system. We design these sessions to make your team feel seen, heard, and valued. These individuals often become the ‘Change Champions’ for the new technology and help spread positive messages for the upcoming change. In addition, the feedback we gain from these individuals is invaluable because we now have the information we need to improve your custom solution.
Now, let’s talk about your end users. End users are the everyday users of the new technology. These individuals are either tech-savvy or firm believers in a good ol’ paper process. By now, your end users know that a change is coming, and they’ve heard the benefits of implementing the new technology from change champions. We also design communication and training content to help your employees prepare for the upcoming change. Our communication templates help you introduce the change slowly and effectively.
